We are thrilled to announce that Alaska Heart and Vascular Institute’s own Dr. Linda Ireland has been honored as one of 24 business leaders receiving the prestigious Achievement in Business Leadership award!

Dr. Ireland was recognized for her outstanding leadership, community initiatives, and sponsorship, including: 

• CPR grant from the American College of Cardiology, in collaboration with the Alaska Boys and Girls Club: Hearts Alive, Reviving and Thriving (HART): Teaching CPR to youth across the state of Alaska
• Go Red for Women 
• Legislative advocacy
