Dr. Anding began his studies at University of California, San Diego, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering in 1985. In 1986, Anding completed his post-baccalaureate premedical program and went on to earn his M.D. at the Drexel University in Philadelphia, Penn. Anding commenced with his medical residency at Penn State’s Hershey Medical Center in 1990, where he studied internal medicine. His cardiology fellowship was served at the same hospital between 1993-1996. Anding is board certified in Nuclear Cardiology and Echocardiology, and in the fields of cardiovascular disease and internal medicine.

Anding distinguished himself as an astute, “no-nonsense” bedside clinician who always keeps his patients’ best interest at heart. His ample experience, generous spirit and specialized expertise are a welcome addition to AHVI’s ongoing efforts to provide the Kenai borough’s residents with the greatest possible cardiovascular care.
