Amanda “Mandy” Ellis, NP, is a graduate of Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, Texas, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011, and Walden University, Minneapolis, Minn., in 2020 with her Master of Science in Nursing. At Walden she completed their Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program with a population focus on adult gerontology. She is a current member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and American Association of Heart Failure.

Mandy’s extensive trainings include Trauma Nursing Core Course and Fundamentals of Critical Care Support. She joined Alaska Heat & Vascular Institute in 2015.
