Dr. Kramer received his degree in medicine in 1980 from the University of Utah Medical College. His internship and internal medicine residency were completed at the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, followed by a Cardiology Fellowship at University of Utah Medical Center, Salt Lake City. Dr. Kramer is Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology and Internal Medicine.
