Dr. Krauss attended the University of Vermont college of Medicine, Burlington, Vermont, where he graduated with a degree in medicine in 1985. His internship and medical residency were completed at Albany Medical Center, Albany, New York, followed by a fellowship at the University of Vermont, Medical Center Hospital of Vermont in cardiovascular disease, additional training in interventional cardiology and later in vascular medicine at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, Boston.
