Rebecca A. O. Bernowski, PA-C, is a physician assistant specializing in electrophysiology. A lifelong Alaskan with a passion for cardiovascular health, Rebecca always knew she wanted to join Alaska Heart & Vascular Institute after completing a clinical rotation with the team during graduate school.

Rebecca earned her Master of Clinical Health Services through the University of Washington MEDEX Physician Assistant Program after completing her Bachelor of Health Science at the University of Alaska Anchorage. She is dedicated to helping patients improve their heart health through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Rebecca is proud to care for the community she has called home throughout her life and looks forward to serving the cardiovascular needs of Alaskans for years to come. When she’s not caring for patients, Rebecca enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, taking advantage of everything Alaska has to offer, and relaxing with a good book.
