Dr. Balaban received his degree in medicine in 1995 from SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse. His internal medicine internship was completed at Dartmouth-Hitchcock in 1998. Dr. Balaban’s residency and cardiology fellowship were completed at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Balaban’s special interest is electrophysiology. He was certified in 2002.
