Dr. Dixson was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. For his formal—and informal—education he moved around the United States and the globe. Along the way, he developed a passion for global health, medical education, and cardiology that he is excited to share in Alaska. He blends general and invasive cardiology focused on quality patient care. With his years of experience working in challenging health care environments abroad, he is comfortable across all levels of care.
Outside of work, he enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle, and endurance athletics. He looks forward to spending time with his wife and children and living an adventurous life.
