Grace Jacobsen, PA-C

Grace Jacobsen was born and raised in Anchorage. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Alaska Anchorage, then moved to North Carolina where she earned her master’s degree in Health Sciences from Duke University School of Medicine.

Before joining AHVI, Grace worked as a Hospitalist Physician Assistant specializing in Adult Internal Medicine at Duke University Health. Her role there allowed her to gain valuable experience and expertise in the field.

After spending five years in North Carolina, Grace is thrilled to return to Alaska and join the AHVI team and care for cardiovascular patients in her hometown. When she’s not at work, Grace loves spending time with her family. She enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and virtually any other outdoor activity, as well as traveling, cooking, and creating art.
