Amanda’s whole person approach to care emphasizes lifestyle modifications along with guideline-directed medical therapy. Her leadership extends beyond clinical practice. She served as a founding member of the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) leadership council, advocating for excellence and collaboration among her peers. In addition to her clinical work, Amanda actively precepts and mentors advanced practice providers (APPs) throughout the community, fostering professional growth and excellence in care delivery.
Originally relocating to Alaska with her family through the Air Force in 2012, Amanda and her family chose to make the Last Frontier their permanent home. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and camping with her family.
